SizeBrands ("SizeBrands," "we," "us") is an apparel and collectible-object imprint operated by url.ventures LLC. SizeBrands designs garments, accessories, collector cards, and related objects, and publishes informational pages about them. Use of this site is informational until you place an order or reservation under the terms below.

All content is provided "as is." Product imagery, mockups, and renderings are illustrative and may differ from finished goods produced on demand. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law.

II. Terms of Use

By accessing sizebrands.com, reserving, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Reservations

A reservation (e.g., "Join Founding Size") is a non-binding expression of interest. It is not a purchase, creates no obligation, and is not a charge. We will contact you when checkout opens; any purchase is completed separately under these Terms.

Orders, pricing & made-to-order production

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Most apparel is made to order through a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production begins after payment and is not a stock item pulled from a shelf.
• We may decline or cancel an order (with refund) for pricing errors, suspected fraud, sold-out sealed editions, or fulfillment constraints.

Acceptable use

• Personal, lawful use, reading, and reference; sharing links to public pages.
• No scraping, bulk harvesting, or use of site content to train machine-learning models without written authorization.
• No republishing SizeBrands content or marks as your own; no use intended to deceive, infringe, or harm third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, or by binding AAA commercial arbitration if mutually elected.

III. Returns, Shipping & Fulfillment

Fulfillment

Orders are produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Estimated production is typically several business days, plus carrier transit; estimates are not guarantees and may vary by product, destination, and demand.

Returns & exchanges

Because items are made to order, we accept returns and replacements primarily for goods that arrive defective, misprinted, or damaged, or where the wrong item was sent. To request a remedy, contact us through the inquiry form within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We do not generally accept returns for buyer's-remorse or for ordering the wrong size, except where required by law; please use the size guidance before ordering.

Sealed / limited editions

CUTIE Drop 001 is a sealed run with no restock. Edition numbering reflects production order. Collector cards are sold as collectible objects.

International orders

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.

IV. Privacy Policy

This describes how SizeBrands collects, uses, and discloses information when you interact with sizebrands.com.

What we collect

• Reservation / inquiry submissions — name, email, size, item interest, and any optional message.
• Order data (at checkout) — name, shipping address, contact details, and order contents. Payment-card details are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Analytics & technical data — page views, referral source, device/browser type, approximate geography, IP address.

What we do not collect here

• Government identifiers or financial account credentials.
• Behavioral-advertising profiles or third-party cross-site tracking pixels.

Third-party processors

• FormSubmit — reservation/inquiry form relay.
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, security.
• Print-on-demand fulfillment & payment partners — production, shipping, and payment processing for orders.

How we use it · sharing · your rights

We use information to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, operate and improve the site, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Depending on your jurisdiction (California, EEA, UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object; exercise them via the inquiry form. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary. The site is not directed to children under 13.

V. Cookie Policy

Cookies and similar technologies are used for:

Trademarks

"SizeBrands," the SizeBrands logo, the 雅拉 / size lockup, the ହ mascot character as used in commerce, and the phrases "No Kings. Only Keys.," "Every Label Is a Door," and "Puny Excellence" are claimed as marks of SizeBrands. Native-character glyphs themselves are public Unicode code points; our claim is to their specific stylized use as brand marks. Other marks are the property of their respective owners; reference does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Licensing & DMCA

Commercial use of site content — including embedding, redistribution, or use to train machine-learning models — requires a written license. DMCA notices may be submitted via the inquiry form with all elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3); we investigate and respond within ten business days.

VII. Product, Materials & Coordinates

Descriptions & materials

Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Fabric, weight, color, and sourcing are determined by the manufacturing partner and may vary between production runs. We make no recycled-material, organic, or sustainability claim for any product unless that specific product page states the claim and it is supported by supplier documentation.

Native characters & domain coordinates

SizeBrands labels pair a native-character string with its Punycode (xn--…) form as a cultural and design reference — a coordinate in the internet's naming layer. Some coordinates referenced on products are registered or controlled by us; some are not. A label is a design and provenance element; it is not a representation that any given string resolves to a live website, nor a transfer of any domain or rights in any domain. Punycode shown is presented for reference and is not generated for the buyer.

Collector cards & webcards

A collector card and its associated webcard page are records of an object's edition, provenance, and ownership history. They authenticate the object; they are not financial instruments and carry no promise of value, resale, or return.

VIII. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless url.ventures LLC, SizeBrands, and their affiliates, officers, members, employees, contributors, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms or any law, your violation of any third-party right, or any reliance on product imagery, descriptions, labels, coordinates, or collectible records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Indemnified Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid SizeBrands in the twelve months preceding the claim.
